Great food! We're lite eaters so we ordered half a slab and an extra plate. We were stuffed! Great value! Good service.

The ribs and hot links are great. Clean restaurant with wonderful atmosphere.

Winnemucca has had some great food come and go over the years. But when three people recommend a place within five minutes, it pays to listen. My dad had the pulled pork sandwich and loved both the sandwich and the massive pile of fries that came with it. I had a classic burger with extra cheese. It was barbequed perfectly. Juicy and excellent. And the sweet potato fries were very good. The service was just as awesome as you'd expect from a mom and pop western barbeque. They remembered we were going to hit the road soon and brought our last refills in to-go cups. Friendly, fast, and delicious. I plan on making The Pig a regular stop on my way to Utah.
